Jess put together a beautiful afternoon of Yoga and breath work for my birthday with seven of my friends.

I’m such a fan of Jess’ yoga classes. Jess offers space to unwind and creates an environment that allows the group to stop, be in the moment and move our bodies to their individual capabilities. It’s a non-judgemental area which allows me to feel comfortable as I’m not a yoga enthusiast!
