ABOUT

(… and no, it’s not about standing on your head or folding up like a pretzel)

While we love the challenge of yoga poses, working with the breath and stretching deeper into the pose, the pose itself is not the goal. It’s what happens while we’re focusing on the movement that’s important.

The goal of yoga is to create space where it felt like there was none.

To peel back the protective layers around our hearts.

To quieten the mind and reconnect with our bodies.

To make peace with ourselves and create room for our hearts to grow.

Hope Springs

Hope Springs is based in Gerringong, a popular tourist destination on the New South Wales South Coast, only two hours from Sydney but a world away from busy city life. Beautiful Gerringong, where spectacular rolling green hills meet the sea, is my constant reminder that there is always something remarkable just around the corner.

Hope Springs experiences are heart-centred, accessible for all, and focus on moving out of our busy minds and into our bodies.

The goal is to quieten the mind and go within, and to create space and time to connect with yourself and your group. The feeling you take away is a place you can come back to time and time again.

At Hope Springs we work with you to tailor an experience to suit your group – just tell us what you’re after.

"The rainbow in me sees the rainbow in you.”

About Jess Le

Hello, I am Jess – nurse, personal trainer, mother, yoga teacher, and most recently the face behind Hope Springs.

Throughout my professional life I have followed a path centred around the idea of health, movement and genuine human connection, that has led me most recently to Hope Springs.

With Hope Springs, my intention is to create beautiful experiences of movement, breathwork and meditation that will help to improve the afternoon, the day, or sometimes even the life of the people I share them with.

Over the years I have been building a collection of self-care practices that I do regularly to uplift me, help control anxiety, give me time for myself, and keep me fit and healthy (I’m loving ocean swims right now). I find that if I neglect these things, even for a day or two, I can really feel the difference in my wellbeing.

Hope Springs experiences are about group connection and self-care – a chance to reset and maybe even find new rejuvenating self-care practices to add to your own collection.
