This session is a great introduction to yoga, and includes:

  • Breathwork to calm, centre and ground you in the present
  • Gentle stretching and slow flowing movement to release tension, with a focus on the neck, shoulders and lower back
  • Guided meditation, visualisation and savansana (relaxation) to rejuvenate and focus the mind.

Gentle Yoga Flow

Relax, move and connect in a fun, rounded yoga experience for all abilities.

Perfect for group experiences, sessions are tailored to your group’s needs and may include:

  • Breathwork to centre and ground
  • Intention setting (mindfully aligned with the occasion of the group)
  • Gentle vinyasa flow movement
  • Guided meditation
  • Savasana (relaxation) with optional head massage

Move, Rejuvenate, Refocus

Better than espresso – perfect for a mid-afternoon ‘brain’ break.

A combination of energising movement and breathwork to wake up the body and mind, finishing with a guided meditation to relax and refocus.
