Breathwork has profound effects on our wellbeing. When you turn your unconscious breath to a conscious breath, there is an instant change in your internal state. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system allows us to come into a state of calm and relaxed being.
Breathwork is a great precursor to meditation. After practising breathwork, you will be guided into a state of meditation, leaving you feeling energised, calm and clear-minded.

Guided Relaxation

Feel rested, centred and renewed.
Listen to gently guided prompts, visualisations, affirmations and mindful breathing cues to take you to a place of stillness. This deeply restorative, relaxed state, known as yoga nidra or yogic sleep, is a dream-like state between wakefulness and sleep. Allow your nervous system to unwind until you are totally relaxed physically, mentally and emotionally.
HALF-HOUR PRACTICE

Yoga Experience

Relax, move and connect in a fun, rounded yoga experience for all abilities.
Perfect for group experiences, sessions are tailored to your group’s needs and may include:
- Breathwork to centre and ground
- Intention setting (mindfully aligned with the occasion of the group)
- Gentle vinyasa flow movement
- Guided meditation
- Savasana (relaxation) with optional head massage

Perfect for a retreat-style experience, or after a day out walking, riding or exercising.
With simple static stretching, breathwork, and guided visualisation and relaxation sequences, this session is accessible to all ages and fitness levels, no yoga experience required.
